Guess the name of the specially commissioned Burra Bear! Wendy Inkster has made a special Burra Bear especially for The Tall Ships Races 2011 - Lerwick. The design and material was created by local textile artist Hilary Seatter. |

| Facepainting 10 specially created Tall Ships Races 2011 - Lerwick designs on offer. Colourful full face designs as well as smaller motifs. Thursday - 11am - 3pm. Facepainting will move to the Club Marquee @ Laurenson Quay from Friday morning. |

RSPB Visit the RSPB stall on Albert Wharf 11am-6pm. Find out more about the work of the RSPB in Shetland and 'Go Wild With Your Child' @ 12pm and 2pm (go bird watching around the harbour for an hour).

Bertie & Patience Fri @ 1.30pm / Sat @ 11.45am Sun @ 1.15pm On stage @ Victoria Pier It's nesting season in the crows nest and Patience has run out of patience with Bertie. When a Tall Ship arrives she flees the nest leaving poor old Bertie to try and lay an egg! Hilarious action packed puppet show written and directed by John Haswell and starring Bertie & Patience.Target audience – Family |
